How the Support Portal Works 

Our support portal is designed to make it easy for you to get help with your IT issues. Here's how it works: 

1. Submit a Ticket 

When you encounter an issue, simply log in to the support portal and submit a new ticket. You'll need to provide some basic information about the issue, such as a description of the problem and any error messages you've received. 

2. Ticket Assigned 

Once you've submitted your ticket, it will be automatically assigned to one of our support agents. You'll receive an email confirmation that your ticket has been received, along with a ticket number that you can use to track the status of your ticket. 

3. Support Team Investigates 

Our support team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. If they need any additional information from you, they'll reach out via the ticketing system.
